We have already discussed a few amazing hacks. (See Part 1)

3. Visualize Being Back to Cheerful

This is a powerful concept, actionable and realistic. We will surely go to depths in this. For now, it is said our minds are like magnets. It attracts things we see, we hear, we talk, we feel and we think. Focusing on problems will only give more problems. Focusing on success and happiness will give more of it. “So, every night before bed,

I manifest myself being a happier and cheerful. I manifest myself being successful and keeping healthy bonds with people. I feel me laughing. I feel myself truly enjoying. Feel my days are going better to best.”

Every time something is torturing your mind,

first close eyes. Then feel the status of ‘Hey, it’s gone’. Be in that moment at least for 30 seconds. Feel the mood you get when the problems get solved. Feel success and feel happiness truly.

For example you must be super stressed about upcoming basket ball match. One you have to compete against a team with fame. You need to visualize the point where match is over. And you have won. You need to feel the applauses, cheer leaders and crowd in your mind.

4. A Physical Activity

Number of studies have proven a quick physical activity is beneficial in increasing happy hormones and generation of brain cells.

So a 30 minutes of walk, Zumba, a workout, skater boards or skipping ropes, dancing, running with your dog is sure to bring back the cheer.

“In most of my busiest days, I call off at 5.00P.M. Go to park and jog for an hour. Then I sit by the lake and watch sun setting. I come home feeling much much better.”

5. Instrumental Music

A slow

flow of music is an excellent way of carrying away worries. “I put headphones and close my eyes to ‘Whispers in the Dark’ – Yanni’, ‘Hallelujah’ by cello, ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ by electric guitar and ‘My Heart Will Go On’ by piano. Sometimes they even makes me fall asleep.”
